General Information for Presenters

VITTA values the expertise and quality of resources provided by presenters for delegates at the VITTA conference.

Call for papers 2009 is now closed. If you have missed out, we encourage you to stay tuned for submission dates for the 2010 VITTA Conference.

Presenter login

Upon acceptance of abstracts all presenters will be provided with individual login details. If you have not received your details a month prior to the conference please contact the VITTA Office.

Recording Policy

VITTA may record some proceedings and presentations at the conference. This audio and/or visual recording may be used on the VITTA website for promotional purposes.

Electronic Program
When finalised, the conference program will be made available on the VITTA website.

Presenter Tips

• Always ensure you are on time and prepared for your sessions. If your session requires handouts please ensure you have organised this in advance as VITTA cannot guarantee that there will be printing facilities available on the day.

• Ensure you have notified VITTA of your technical or software requirements well before the Conference, as it will be very difficult to arrange this on the day due to time restrictions and demand on both rooms and staff.

• Make sure you have provided VITTA with accurate contact details. VITTA will be sending out routine reminders and information in the lead up to the Conference. If you haven’t heard from us in a while please contact the VITTA Office to ensure you are not missing out on vital information.
