Conference Dinner Sponsor

This prestigious reception incorporates the ICT Achievers and Outstanding Achievement in ICT and Leadership Awards presentation giving sponsors a wonderful opportunity to network with delegates and industry professionals. Approx 300 in attendance.

• Opportunity to welcome and address guests (5 mins)
• Four complimentary tickets for company representatives to the Conference Dinner

Program Sponsors

$5,500 (inc gst)

The Conference Program will be viewed throughout the conference and will be an essential item for all delegates. The program contains conference information and will outline all sessions and abstracts which will be a valuable reference tool during and after the conference. Approximately 10,000 copies are printed and circulated three months from the start of the conference.

Benefits include:

• Logo recognition on front cover of Conference Program including all printed conference publications

Delegate Satchels

Each delegate will receive an attractive and useful satchel at registration
(approximately 800+ to be distributed). Your organisation will receive exclusive branding via a printed logo displayed on the satchel.

• Inclusion of company brochure in satchels (A4 size, doubled-sided loose leaf flyer)

Satchel Inserts

$550 (inc gst)

Each delegate at the conference will receive a satchel containing conference materials. Inclusion of a company brochure in satchels will ensure direct access to delegates.

Delegate Writing Pads and Pens Sponsor

$1,100 (inc GST)

Writing pads and pens will be supplied to all delegates for use during the conference. Sponsorship of these items will ensure your organisation receives a high level of exposure during and after the conference.

Name Badges Sponsor

$3,300 (inc GST)

This is an opportunity to sponsor the name badges worn by all delegates to the conference for the entire three day program. The name badge is the official pass to all sessions, inclusive catering functions and must be worn at all times. They offer a great source of exposure to all delegates.

Exhibit on your

FOUR exhibitor Pods make up a display and are available for purchase at VITTA's 2009 Exhibition. The $1,100.00 Pods are a cost effective option for companies that would like to exhibit at this important trade fair but prefer a smaller exhibition area. This space is strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Entitlements include:
• Each pod is 2.4 x 1.2m in size
• Facia sign
• Catering for one staff per day
• Inclusion in the expo listing in the VITTA program
• Free parking

Refreshment Break

begins in the Atrium at Flemington. Flemington venue offers the Expo and Conference one accessible level the Atrium.
