It is also not uncommon for students to look for creative ways to extend the platform games tutorials available online. This package will cover in-depth concepts of gravity, platforms and also how to successfully create a moving platform.

In the Introduction to Scripting Module, students are introduced to the programming concepts including parallel arrays through the development of the drag and drop Air VITTA game.
VITTA and experienced teacher, Nat Bradshaw, presents resources where you will explore Game Maker in order to learn, inspire and engage. Game Maker allows you to quickly create exciting computer games, without the need to write code. Gain confidence in programming skills and develop a fun game to showcase and use with to your students.
This tutorial has been developed for students with some experience in Game Maker. It is most often used in programming subjects taught at years 9 and 10, however will suit students in younger years as enrichment material.
