ICT Achievers Program Application

Requirements of ICT Achievers:
• Complete a full application
• Successful applicants will attend a screening process which will include an interview with a selection panel.
• Write a daily blog of your experiences with your mentor organization.
• Create a multimedia resource which will be used to assist other students to learn about careers in ICT.
• Complete a 10-15 minute interactive multimedia presentation of your experience which will be collected as a VITTA resource.
• Complete an evaluation following your placement.

In 350 words or less, referring directly to selection criteria, please complete the following:

3) My main interests outside of school are...
