ACS ICT Week Video Competition 2009
As an initiative of the 2009 ICT Careers week (www.ictcareersweek.info) being held between 27th July and the 1st August 2009, the ACS Foundation is holding a competition for young people to post a short video (less than two minutes) around one or more of the six themes of the week this year, basically on the topic of "What does ICT mean to you ?" iAwards - Honouring the ICT industry's finest
Each year the AIIA hosts the iAwards, Australia’s leading IT awards program and the only Australian IT awards which feed into an international awards program.

The iAwards include categories specifically for students.  We would like to encourage all students to consider entering, not only do they get a great experience and increased career opportunities but there are also substantial scholarships on offer. IT+U Student Competition

Just make and submit a two-minute video based on one of the 7 themes of this year’s National ICT Careers Week.
2009 ICT Achievers
Keen Year 11 students interested in exploring a study and career pathway in ICT  have the opportunity to apply for the ICT Achievers program.  Students can choose to work in a range of ICT environments for three weeks in 2009. 3in6 and Video Competition
3in6 involves students producing three minutes of video in six hours run each year during fourth term in late October. 1in1 Video Competition
1in1 is a new competition for students who create a one minute video on a mobile technology such as a PDA or mobile phone. Programming Excellence Awards
