ICT/Multimedia teacher replacement position

Abstract
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for the replacement teaching position of ICT/Multimedia Teacher at Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar School from 12th April to 21st May, 2010 (first 6 weeks of Term 2).

The successful candidate will teach Year 8 ICT, Year 10 Film Making and a Tuesday after school (3.45 pm – 7.30 pm) VET/VCE Media Certificate 3. Other duties include staff support for ICT integration in the classroom. Time fraction 0.6 approximately.

ICT/Multimedia teacher replacement position
(from 12th April to 21st May, 2010)

Load - 0.6 approximately

Subject descriptions

Year 8 ICT
1 period per week
This subject aims to enhance and develop ICT skills for Year 8 studnets.

Year 10 Film Making (Lights Camera Action)
4 periods per week
This subject aims to developstudents’ skills in video capture and production. Experience with Apple’s Final Cut is preferred.

Year 11 & 12 VET/VCE Certificate 3 Media
1 after school session on a Tuesday (3.45 pm to 7.30 pm)
This is a combined class for the first and second year of the Certificate 3.
