Delivery Policy
We deliver many of our products electronically via email, others are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days and delivery times are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Customer Service Policy
VITTA is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products and events listed on our website are available for order and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Payments
Your payment method must accompany any registration for Professional Development events, Membership, Conference or orders to purchase resources.
Payments can be made by Credit Card, Cheque or EFT.
A Tax Invoice will be issued once processing has been completed. Any dispute regarding the invoice must be notified to VITTA within two (2) business days of receipt of invoice.

Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices are correct at the time they appear on this Website. However, VITTA reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Professional Development Booking Guidelines
Terms and conditions of Professional Development Registration
(1) Victorian Information Technology Teachers Association Inc (VITTA) reserves the right to alter any professional development event or presenter(s) without further notice, however the events are intended to run as advertised. VITTA reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient numbers – registrants will be notified if this occurs and payment of event fees will be refunded in full.
(2) Registrations for Professional Development Events must be accompanied by full payment by the event commencement date. Registrations may be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque or EFT. Registrants will be liable for payment in the event of nonattendance unless cancellation or request for substitute is made in accordance with clause 3 and 4 below.
(3) Registrants can cancel by advising VITTA in writing 5 days before the event start date and VITTA will provide a full refund. If less than 5 days notice is provided, 25% of the event fee will be withheld. Refunds will not be granted if a registrant fails to cancel in writing.
(4) Registrants who wish to send a substitute in their place must advise VITTA in writing.

Resource Shop Order Guidelines
(1) Victorian Information Technology Teachers Association Inc (VITTA) reserves the right to alter any professional development event or presenter(s) without further notice, however the events are intended to run as advertised. (2) Orders for Resources may be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque or EFT.
(3) Refunds for resources are not available unless the resource is faulty, has been wrongly described or is different to the product purchases on the website.

VITTA Membership Guidelines
(1) A VITTA membership has many benefits, including a personal subscription to Infonet Journal, discounted registration at VITTA Conference and Professional Learning events, resources, a supportive network and lots more!
(2) VITTA membership categories include organisational and individual membership. Organisational memberships allow up to 4 people inside your company to gain membership benefits from a single membership. Organisational memberships categories are: • Secondary/ P-12
• Primary
• Institutional
• Interstate / International
Individual Memberships provides for a single person to receive the benefits of membership.
Individual membership categories are:
• Individual
• Pre Service
(3) All memberships are based on a calendar year from 1 January to 31 December. Memberships may be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), cheque or EFT.
(4) Refunds for membership are not available.
